Pitokuku House is a 2021 built home, nestled into the bush. This house focuses on maximum relaxation. It is beautifully finished with timber floors,  floor to ceiling windows front and back that drink in the view, a large kitchen and expansive open plan living area. There is also a WC outside if you wanted to bring the kids to camp!

The sprawling decks connect with generous inside spaces that have everything you need! The main house has a well thought out kitchen, beer and wine fridge, a sunny nook and two generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large ensuite, the second bathroom is alongside the second bedroom. A dozen meters from the back deck, there is a cozy brand new cabin which also has a queen room and bunk room.

This property is in perfect harmony with its landscape. During winter months, reap the benefits of the cosy inside and outside fireplaces along with the all seasons covered rear deck. After a day spent in the magnificent outdoors, unwind and rejuvenate. Pitokuku House is set up for a long stay with washing machine, dryer, starlink internet (wifi), smart TV and Sonos sound system, plus a nespresso machine that takes regular capsules.

The name Pitokuku is inspired by Pitokuku Island, which can see from the deck of the house which is directly behind the Sugarloaf headland – Due North.

Main Rate: $400 p/n

+ $50 per guest/night after 4 guests

Peak Season: $600 per night

Cleaning: $150 per stay

Ruru House has three bedrooms and sleeps four people with room for three extras.

Set into the north facing ridge full of manuka and kanuka, directly behind Medlands Beach.
