Mid-estate. Views, a wood burner, and an outdoor shower.
Ruru is tucked into the hillside with elevated views and a sense of complete privacy. Named to represent the Morepork owl — you'll hear them at night. Inside, the kitchen and lounge flow out to a generous north-facing front and back deck with an outdoor shower. A wood burner for winter stays, bunk room for extra guests, and the Aotea microbrewery a five-minute walk downhill. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a layout that feels effortlessly easy.
